A Global Sustainable Sports Organisation (GSSO) is an organisation where there is some form of sustainable activity across any of the “Sustainable Pillars of Sport”. These are defined as: Partnership, Participation, People, Planet, Power, Profile and Profit. A Global Sustainable Sports Event (GSSE) is where an event is driving sustainability through sport in at least one of these pillars and is promoting this activation through its website.
