Enovation Consulting: Driving Sustainable Change in Sport with Royal Recognition

26 September 2025

In an industry fuelled by passion and performance, Enovation Consulting is proving that sustainability can be the ultimate competitive advantage. The specialist sports consultancy, dedicated to accelerating sustainability in sport, has had a landmark year, culminating in the prestigious 2025 King's Award for Enterprise in International Trade. This accolade, which recognises outstanding growth in overseas earnings, marks Enovation as the first sports sustainability agency to ever receive the honour, cementing its position as a global leader in the field.

Enovation Consulting: Driving Sustainable Change in Sport with Royal Recognition

Since its inception in 2018, the firm has been committed to embedding environmental and social responsibility into the very fabric of the sporting world. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across motorsport, football, tennis, and sailing, Enovation supports federations, teams, and venues from Europe to North America and the Middle East in transforming their green ambitions into credible action.

As their 2024 Impact Report reveals, Enovation doesn’t just advise on best practices, it embodies them. The company proudly holds a B Corp certification, achieving an impressive impact score of 118.5, which significantly surpasses the median scores for both its sector and country. This commitment is reflected in every aspect of its operations. Its head office at the Silverstone Innovation Centre boasts a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and has operated on renewable electricity since 2024.

While the company has diligently calculated its 2024 carbon footprint at 21.9 tCO2e, it is also taking innovative steps to mitigate its impact. A unique carbon in-setting strategy involving 120 olive trees in Italy has already sequestrated 12.8 tCO2e, supporting local biodiversity and economic development simultaneously.

Dr. Cristiana Pace, Founder and CEO of Enovation Consulting, reflected on the company’s journey: “Since our inception, we’ve been committed to building a business that not only supports clients in shaping a more sustainable future but also embeds sustainability into every aspect of our own operations. Our 2024 Impact Report highlights the progress we made in the past year and reaffirms our continued commitment to people and planet.”

This people-first philosophy extends to both its team and the wider community. In 2024, 43% of staff received promotions, and the company is a recognised Living Wage Employer. Beyond the office, Enovation is nurturing the next generation of innovators. The team dedicated over 116 hours to STEM outreach, engaging with 780 children through initiatives like the FIA Girls on Track programme, which aims to promote gender equality in motorsport and engineering.

As the demand for ESG expertise grows, Enovation is expanding its team and services to meet the challenge. With Royal approval and a clear vision for the future, the firm is not just part of the sustainability movement in sport, it’s driving it forward.
