MBA, SEP (Sustainability Excellence Professional), WELL AP, LEED GA, AA1000 (AccountAbility) Lead Practitioner, SA8000 (Social Accountability) Auditor Jana Lake is President and owner of 3R Sustainability and its Sustainability Assurance Services division, having started 3R in 2015 to help clients realize the value of sustainability by building it into their organization’s management system, culture, and decision-making. Jana has been in consulting for more than twenty years, ten of which were spent with Accenture where she led a team of internal change experts who helped the company’s senior leaders accomplish their mission and objectives – aligning their people and processes to achieve their strategy and maximize their savings/return on investment. Jana brings a global perspective to sustainability. Following her BA in International Studies at the University of Michigan, her MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and her studies at the Copenhagen School of Business in Denmark, Jana worked extensively throughout Europe. Jana enjoys training for triathlons and traveling to see her family.
