Amy Hill

Co-Founder and Director - Podium

Amy Hill is an accomplished executive and director in the sport and major event sectors, believing in business, leadership, and sport as a force for good. Amy is the Co-founder and Director of Podium Global Advisory, Principal Advisor at Starling Advisory and Director of Simplify Systems.

Amy previously served as General Manager of Operations at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation where she was responsible for the design and delivery of two of Australia’s pinnacle global events, the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. With oversight of operations, motorsport, venue management, event design and construction, hospitality, customer experience, risk management, security and safety, Amy also lead the redesign and construction of Melbourne’s Formula 1 street circuit and development of AGPC’s inaugural, award winning sustainability strategy, The Green Prix Project.

Amy also co-founded and launched an award winning, eco-conscious outdoor apparel brand, Norte and has leveraged this platform to contribute to international biodiversity projects, as a mentor to startup businesses and through sponsoring young athletes and community events.
