Emergency Medicine Physician - The TriDoc

Jeff Sankoff is an emergency physician, triathlete, triathlon coach and podcaster living in Denver, Colorado. Over the course of more than twenty years he has participated in over a hundred and fifty triathlons of varying distances including nearly a hundred 70.3 and eight Ironman races with 8×70.3 and 2 Ironman World Championship qualifications. He is a frequent medical and scientific contributor to print and web endurance sport publications including Triathlete, Inside Triathlon, Running Magazine, Outside and more. Since 2018 he has been the host of the TriDoc Podcast a program that seeks to help endurance athletes cut through marketing hype and disinformation to understand the actual science and be better able to determine how and where to spend their hard-earned money on things that will help them train, race and recover better. Jeff coaches athletes along their journey to their endurance sport goal as a member of LifeSport Coaching.
