GS Sport has identified x football leagues and clubs who are currently active in developing and promoting sustainability.

In this first phase of research GS Sport is looking at how many national football leagues and clubs have signed up to various UN projects, joined sustainable alliances and/or have developed their own sustainability strategies and are promoting them through their websites.

Data has been gathered from the following leagues and clubs:

  • English – Premier League
  • French – Ligue 1
  • German – Bundesliga
  • Italian – Serie A
  • Spanish – La Liga
    • Premier League – England
