TSG is committed to the United Nations “Race to Zero”.

At the COP27 climate conference in Sharm el Sheik, TSG Hoffenheim officially committed to the "Race to Zero" of the United Nations Sports for Climate Action Framework.

TSG is committed to the United Nations “Race to Zero”.

Together with 30,000 people from all over the world, TSG was also a guest in Sharm el Sheik to hold talks with various partners, exchanged ideas with other companies at a conference on the sidelines of COP27 and took this important step for TSG.

At a meeting with representatives of the United Nations Climate Change Secretariat, a suitably branded jersey was symbolically handed over. The “Race to Zero” stipulates that the CO2 footprint must be reduced by 50 percent by 2030 compared to 2019, and by 2040 the goal is “net zero”. This means that there should actually be no more CO2 emissions – apart from a small unavoidable remainder.
