The RFHE signs the COE Sustainability Manifesto
More and more federations join the COE Sustainability Manifesto. This time it has been the Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation, with its president Javier Revuelta at the head, the entity that has adhered to this initiative of the Spanish Olympic Committee that seeks to develop, implement and improve the sustainable development agenda in sport through the nine lines of action that are part of the sustainability strategy of the Olympic entity: Health and Well-being, Sustainable Mobility, Energy Efficiency, Gender Equality, Circular Economy, Digital Transformation, Education and Awareness, Water and Social Action.
In this way, the RFHE joins, together with the RFEF, the RFEN, the RFEH and the RFEA, a project whose objective is to promote collaboration in the Spanish Olympic movement in terms of environmental and social sustainability so that it is more sustainable , contributing to the construction of a better world through sport and to a greater social awareness regarding sustainability.
With the signing of this document, carried out by the aforementioned Javier Revuelta and the president of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Alejandro Blanco, the Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation becomes part of the Group #SomosDeporteSustainable of the COE, a group that can be joined by all Spanish sports organizations that want to implement the Paris Agreement, the Sustainable Development Goals and accelerate the necessary change to achieve sustainable development.
