The Foundation was present at the ‘Play2Help Padel’ charity padel tournament
Boys and girls from our adapted football schools and our LigaGenuine team, as well as volunteers from the Foundation and club employees, lived an unforgettable experience of sport and inclusion this Saturday.

The Cívitas Metropolitano hosted the weekend of October 13, 14 and 15 the first edition of the ‘Play2Help Padel’ charity padel tournament – promoted by the red and white legend Juanfran Torres -, which brought together professional players, celebrities, ex-footballers and influencers and whose benefits will go in part to ‘El Sueño de Vicky’ and projects of the Atlético de Madrid Foundation.
An event that raised the curtain with the celebration of a charity auction and a gala on Friday night, which was attended by Enrique Cerezo, president of our club and patron of the Foundation; Koke Resurrección, captain of Atlético de Madrid; from Juanfran himself and Inmaculada Sanz, vice mayor of the Madrid City Council, among other personalities.
On Saturday morning, our Foundation had three courts for playing matches and a fourth in which different challenges were organized. Matches in which mixed couples participated, composed of boys and girls from our adapted football schools and our LigaGenuine team, as well as volunteers from the Foundation and club employees who lived, all together, an unforgettable experience of sport and inclusion. .
In the challenge area, the players rested with their families and companions between matches and were eligible for special prizes and gifts, testing their skills at the ‘Become a defense against bullying’ stand and at those of our Coca-Cola collaborators. and Ecoembes.
