The COE and the ANAR Foundation come together for the joint promotion of the defense of children and adolescents at risk
The Spanish Olympic Committee and the ANAR Foundation have signed a collaboration agreement on Tuesday to promote sport, sustainability and integration, as well as jointly promote the defense of children and adolescents at risk or helplessness.
The agreement was signed at the headquarters of the Olympic entity by the president of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Alejandro Blanco, and the president of the ANAR Foundation, Silvia Moroder de León Castillo.
With the signing of this document, both entities constitute a strategic alliance for the joint promotion of their values, establishing the general lines of collaboration between them in order to design, carry out and execute projects and actions in common.\
Likewise, with this agreement, the ANAR Foundation becomes part of the Foundations to which sports entities and events that wish to obtain the COE Plus sustainable sports entity seal or the COE plus sustainable sports event seal can contribute their donations. or social activations with the ANAR Foundation. Likewise, the COE will be the link between the Foundation and athletes who, altruistically, want to collaborate with the foundation.
The COE’s firm commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) finds in this agreement a great ally to develop the COE’s Social Action strategy line in which the people SDGs are activated: SDG 1 (Zero Hunger); SDG 2 (Zero Poverty); SDG 3 (health and well-being); SDG 4 (quality education); and SDG 5 (Gender Equality)
The ANAR Foundation is a non-profit institution, which has among its aims the promotion and defense of children and adolescents at risk or neglect, through the development of projects both in Spain and in Latin America within the framework of the Convention on United Nations Rights of the Child.
